You can return or exchange hardware within 3 business days for a full refund, but please refer to the following:
- Custom/Special Orders made specially for you are non-returnable.
- If you do not have original packaging/accessories, we apply a small deduction on your refund
- Nonreturnable purchases include digital content, prepaid cards, memberships, completed services, consumable items, and items returned that are damaged
- If a product is defective/not ordered, please contact Lake Effect Tech – and we’ll arrange for a replacement.
- If you return a phone/device with a plan, you are responsible for canceling your service contract with the carrier, and for all carrier charges.
- Any item/sale/order left in shop 30 days beyond service completion or custom order date without proper communication are abandoned and NO REFUNDS will be given. Abandoned Devices are held for 90 days, then disposed of through our E-Waste process.
